Sets out the minimum requirements for a defect inspection and preparation of the associated report, on group titled properties. Additional provisions for inspections carried out for the purpose of release of a bond are provided in an appendix.Specialist services, e.g. fire systems, electrical systems, lift systems, are not included in the scope of this Standard.
