This Practice contains four fabrication details: concentric square-edged orifice plate, square-edged orifice plate dimensions for nominal flange sizes and ratings, eccentric square-edged orifice plate, and orifice meter run for "not designated" uncertainty class (shop/field fab using pipe per pipe spec).
